Drawing from "Vijnana Bhairava", a foundational texts of the Tantric Shaivism of Kashmir, we will uncover a deeper way of looking at life, one that uncovers profound joy and a sense of wonder. During the retreat you will be introduced to the significance of your senses, mind, emotions and body. The secret lies in the chakras – an ancient map of our energy centres. Learn a potent set of skills and practices to bring your heart, mind and body into deeper alignment.
Every day will be a variety of practices, including Hatha Yoga asana classes (hip openers, backbends ,twists and arm balances), breath work and kundalini meditations.

4. Transfer from AMORGOS port to the hotel will be provided for free of charge.

2. Non refundable deposit €300. 50 % of the balance amount is expected to be paid by 10th November. 2023. The rest will be paid up to 30th February 2025
